Digital Marketing Campaign

GiveBIG is an annual fundraising event in Washington State that provides a platform for nonprofits to connect with their communities and fundraise. This event represents a chance to boost an organization's visibility, engage supporters, and increase donations. Nonprofits can amplify their outreach to new audiences through the GiveBIG platform, leveraging collective publicity and marketing efforts.

Challenges

Our team looked to amplify our online presence for GiveBIG by utilizing digital channels to inspire our community to donate. Our objectives were to drive awareness, build momentum, and encourage donations primarily through targeted social media, and email messaging. Our approach, develop content centered on positivity and powerful Casa Latina member stories of resilience. Cultivate a sense of shared mission, and foster strong connections between donors, and the Casa Latina membership, illustrating the direct impact donating has on the community. 

Strategy

Our team began by establishing the messaging for the campaign, the content pillars. These pillars were the framework that guided our concept ideation process, ensuring we stayed on message throughout each deliverable we created. Through a consistent frequency of social media posts and emails, which increased as the final days approached, our total number of unique donors also grew significantly.

Results

The frequency. The quality, and messaging of our social media posts and emails resulted in a deep connection between the audience and the mission of Casa Latina. As a result of the campaign our team achieved the following metric results during the duration of our month-long campaign:
